Use of the service

You may use Sendblue only to message recipients who have consented or where messaging is otherwise lawful. No spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or attempts to evade carrier and platform rules.

Plans and limits

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Monthly message limits are hard caps and unused messages do not roll over. You can manage or cancel billing from the account dashboard.

Availability

Messaging depends on carriers and third-party networks. Delivery, channel selection, and continuous availability are not guaranteed.
