Information we collect

We store your account email, billing identifiers, API-key hashes, message usage counts, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; Sendblue does not receive full card numbers.

Messages

We process recipient phone numbers and message contents only to deliver requested messages, operate the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Do not use Sendblue for unsolicited messaging.

Security and retention

API keys are hashed at rest and shown once. We retain account and billing records while your account is active and as required for legal and fraud-prevention purposes.
